Join the Poultry club as you are led through an active butcher of poultry for your personal or pet consumption.  Please note, live animals will be butchered at this event for the purpose of the demonstration.

Members are welcome to bring up to 2 birds to actively butcher with the support of the club leaders.   Any animals butchered are for personal use.   Please ensure birds are not fed for 12 hours before workshop start time.

Arrival 830am

Workshop begins promptly at 9am.

This is an outdoor event.
